Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 2026
fetcho.io is a Chrome extension that turns a LinkedIn Sales Navigator search into a downloadable lead list. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It covers both the extension and this website.
fetcho.io is operated by Deal Flow Data, which also runs the account and billing system behind it. Signing in creates one account that works across both products.
1. What we collect
- Account details. Your name, email address and Google account ID when you sign in with Google, or your name, email address and a hashed password when you register directly. This identifies your account and nothing else.
- Search results you fetch. When you start a fetch, we store the profile or company records returned by Sales Navigator for that search: name, job title, company, location, LinkedIn URL and the other fields shown in your results. These are the lead list itself, so they are stored until you delete them.
- Job metadata. The name you give each fetch, when it ran, how many records it produced and how many credits it used.
- Enrichment results. If you switch on email or phone enrichment, we store the work email address and phone number returned for those records.
- Payment records. Payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store card details. We store the credits purchased and the Stripe payment reference.
2. What we do not collect
- We do not read your LinkedIn messages, connections, feed or inbox.
- We do not track your browsing. The extension runs only on Sales Navigator pages and does nothing on any other site.
- We use no advertising or analytics trackers, on this site or in the extension.
- We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not share it for advertising.
3. How the extension works on LinkedIn
The extension is only active on linkedin.com/sales/ pages, and only acts when
you click Fetch. It then asks LinkedIn's own Sales Navigator interface for the results of
the search you are looking at, using the LinkedIn session you are already signed in to in
your browser.
That LinkedIn session cookie stays inside your browser. It is never sent to our servers, never stored by us, and never shared. We cannot access your LinkedIn account.
Cloud fetching (enabled on request only). If you ask us to run your fetches on our servers instead of in your browser, the extension sends an encrypted copy of your LinkedIn session to our servers. We use it only to run the searches you queued, from a residential IP address reserved for your account, and for nothing else. It is stored encrypted, never shared, and deleted when cloud fetching is turned off for your account or after 14 days without a refresh from your browser. You can stop it at any time by logging out of LinkedIn or by asking us to turn cloud fetching off.
4. Who we share data with
- Our enrichment provider. When you request an email or phone number, the relevant record is sent to a contact data provider to look it up. They process it to return the result and do not keep it for their own purposes.
- Stripe, for payments. See stripe.com/privacy.
- Google, if you choose Google sign-in. See policies.google.com/privacy.
That is the complete list. Nobody else receives your data.
5. Google user data
Google sign-in requests only the openid, email and
profile scopes: enough to know who you are and show your name in the panel. We
request no access to Gmail, Drive, Contacts or any other Google service. Our use of
information received from Google APIs follows the
Google
API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
6. Where your data is stored
In a PostgreSQL database hosted on Google Cloud, reached over HTTPS only. Your
authentication token and panel settings are kept locally in
chrome.storage.local on your own device.
7. How long we keep it
Fetched lists and job history stay until you delete them or close your account, because they are the product you paid for. Account and billing records are kept while the account is open, and afterwards only as long as tax and accounting law requires.
8. Your rights
- Ask for a copy of everything we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
- Ask us to delete your account and all its data.
- Export your lead lists as CSV at any time, straight from the extension.
Email contact@fetcho.io and we will action it within 30 days.
9. Data about other people
Lead lists contain information about people who are not our users. We process it on your instruction, as a processor acting for you. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to contact them and for honouring their requests. If someone contacts us directly about their own data, we will help them reach you, and we will remove their record from our systems on request.
10. Children
fetcho.io is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
11. Changes
If this policy changes, the new version appears at this address with a new date. Material changes will be announced by email before they take effect.
12. Contact
Questions, requests or complaints: contact@fetcho.io.
13. Disclaimer
fetcho.io is an independent tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to LinkedIn Corporation. LinkedIn is a trademark of LinkedIn Corporation.
